Unopened product returns are welcome within 7 days of your delivery date, provided the items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns Process:

  2. After shipping your product back to us, please provide our team with a tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
  3. After receiving your package and verifying its condition, please allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse team to process your return and refund.
Exchanges

We do not facilitate exchanges for any products once they've been opened. For unopened products, exchanges for a different strain or product of equal value can be arranged by contacting our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are contingent upon product availability and adherence to our safety standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
